Your information

Privacy,

This notice explains how ARM Property Solutions Ltd handles personal information when you use this website or make a seller or investor enquiry.

Last updated: September 2026

Who we are

ARM Property Solutions Ltd, registered in England and Wales under Company No. 17461369, introduces property owners, investors and property professionals. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office for data-protection purposes.

Who controls your data

ARM Property Solutions Ltd is the controller of personal information described in this notice. This means we decide why and how that information is used.

Information we may collect

If you prepare or send a seller enquiry, we may receive your name, phone number, email address, property address and postcode, property type, occupancy, selling circumstances, preferred timescale, approximate value and any additional details you choose to provide.

If you prepare or send an investor enquiry, we may receive your name, phone number, email address, target locations, strategies and property types of interest, budget, funding position, timescale, experience and any additional criteria you provide.

How the forms work: the forms on this website prepare an email in your own email application. They do not automatically send your answers to ARM. Information is shared with us only if you address and send that email.

When you use the site, hosting systems may also process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect it, such as your IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, and the date and time of access. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser may connect to Google when pages load.

Why we use information

Depending on the circumstances, we may use personal information to:

  • respond to an enquiry, understand your requirements and discuss a potential service or property transaction;
  • take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and manage a contract if one is agreed;
  • operate, secure and improve the website and keep appropriate business records;
  • meet legal, regulatory, accounting or professional obligations; and
  • send relevant direct marketing where the law permits, based on consent or our legitimate interests as appropriate. You can object or opt out at any time.

The lawful basis will depend on the activity. It may be taking steps before or performing a contract, complying with a legal obligation, your consent, or our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, running and protecting our business, and developing our services—where those interests are not overridden by your rights.

Sharing information

Where necessary, we may share relevant information with service providers that support our website, communications or business operations, and with professional advisers such as solicitors, accountants or other specialists. We may also disclose information where required by law or in connection with establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.

We require recipients acting for us to handle personal information appropriately. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and technical data

This site does not currently use analytics, advertising trackers or browser storage for the enquiry forms. It does not set its own non-essential cookies. Essential hosting or security systems may process technical request data to serve and protect the site. If the technologies used by the site change, this notice will be updated and any consent required by law will be requested.

Security, retention and international transfers

We use proportionate organisational and technical measures designed to protect personal information against accidental loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. No method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure.

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. In deciding how long to retain it, we consider the nature and sensitivity of the information, the status of the enquiry or relationship, operational needs, risk of harm, and applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting and claims requirements. We then delete or anonymise it where appropriate.

If a service provider processes personal information outside the UK, we will use an applicable legal safeguard, such as an adequacy regulation or approved contractual protections, and take any additional steps required by UK data protection law.

Your data protection rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, transfer to another provider, or to object to its use. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

You have an absolute right to object to your personal information being used for direct marketing. You will not normally have to pay to exercise your rights, although we may ask for information to confirm your identity and clarify your request.

Contact and complaints

To ask a privacy question or exercise a right, use the existing seller enquiry or investor enquiry route and make clear that your message concerns privacy. We will respond through the contact details you provide.

Please contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Visit the ICO data protection complaints page for current guidance.
